Maize meal pudding
Makes 12 cubes
- 230g Super Maize Meal Magnifisan
- 750ml milk
- 190ml sugar
- 190ml milk powder
- 10ml (2 tsp) vanilla essence
- 2ml yellow food colouring
- Mix all the ingredients well together and pour into a baking dish cover and refrigerate until set, for about 4 hours.
- Remove from the baking dish and gently cut into squares serve topped with fresh fruit.
