Magnifisan Maize Meal Recipe Competition
1. By entering this competition, you acknowledge the following:
2. The promoter is Magnifisan Maize Meal (MMM), with its registered office at VKB Milling Mokopane Limpopo, 10 Hereford Street, Industrial Mokopane.
3. Employees of the MMM or anyone involved with the arrangement or administration of this competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
4. This competition is open to participants who are permanent residents and citizens of South Africa, over the age of 18 years.
5. This competition can be entered by taking the following steps:
a. The competition runs from 11 March 2025 until 30 April 2025 at 23:59:59.
b. Participants must share their favourite MMM recipe with the #MakeMagicWithMMM.
c. To complete the entry, participants must submit the link to their post via direct message with the same hashtag #MakeMagicWithMMM
d. Participants should follow the Magnifisan Maize Meal Facebook and Instagram pages.
e. Participants with a valid entry stand a chance to win:

f. Competition winners will be chosen by judges' decision.
g. Winners will be announced on 31 May 2025.
h. Competition winners will be notified via Facebook and/or Instagram direct message and the same shall apply to redeem the prize and/or any further contact.
i. Winners will be required to present a valid South African ID to retrieve the prize.
j. Competition winners must claim their prize within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of notice.
k. Should the prize break, get lost, stolen or misappropriated in any manner whatsoever, MMM will not be liable for any reimbursement or compensation in respect thereof.
Specific rules of this competition are as follows:

MMM reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions, without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of MMM’s control.
a. Any changes to this competition will be notified on MMM’s website on https://magnifisan.co.za/ as well as the MMM Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/magnifisan/
2. MMM is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
5. Any Meta (Facebook and Instagram user) who are frequent competition entrants ie; users who only interact with brands to enter competitions and enter daily or weekly, will be excluded.
6. Any competition syndicates, who enter competitions daily or weekly as a group in order to improve their chances, will be excluded.
7. Competition winners and participants agree to the use of their names and image/photo in any of MMM’s publicity material.
a. Any personal data relating to a winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current SA data protection legislation.
8. “We” and “Us” in the context of this disclaimer and limitation of liability includes the MMM and all its affiliated companies and subsidiaries. VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any errors, breaks in service, server failure or downtime, failure in network, technology or other support infrastructure required for the issuance and/or redemption of any social media platform or products or any error or duplication in relation to the share of the recipe or any problems that may arise and/or any claim relating to a competition winner’s disbursement of the prize.
9. MMM and all its affiliated companies and subsidiaries are hereby indemnified from any loss, damages, liability, claim or demand due to or arising from use of our product, participation in this competition and/or any breach of these terms and conditions.
10. MMM does not take ownership or responsibility for Pap recipes published by entrants on any social media platform or website.
